Nytop Fender Flare Kit for GX460 (2010-2023)

This premium Nytop Fender Flare Kit for GX460 (2010-2023) Fender Flare Kit is about 1.5 inches wide. It is designed to protect your Lexus GX460 (2010-2023) body panels from the dirt and rocks picked up by wider and taller off-road tires. This fender flare kit delivers essential protection for your vehicle's paintwork. The kit is made with high-quality automotive grade injection molded polyurethane finished in satin black paint that is UV and scratch resistant. An optional black primer finish is available for those who are going to paint the fender flares to match their vehicle's paint color. We recommend sanding the primer with 1,000-2,000 grit sandpaper before painting.

The Fender Flare Kit does not require any modifications or trimming of the OEM parts on the car.

The Fender Flares are held on by 3M™ Super Strength Molding Tape. It is a simple installation, without the need to remove any OEM body panels. The vehicle's surface needs to be thoroughly cleaned with alcohol before the installation to ensure a proper bond with the 3M™ tape.

We recommend power sanding the back side of the fender flares with 200 grit sandpaper and then applying adhesion promoter before installing two layers of the 3M™ tape for the best result. Optimal surface temperature for the 3M™ Super Strength Molding Tape is above 65°F (18°C).

The polyurethane material can be heat formed to fit better to the body panels.

Silicone caulking is also recommended for longevity and weatherproofing.
