The Blaze Off-Road Complete Power System for the 2022-2026 Toyota Hybrid Tundra is designed to solve one of the biggest electrical challenges with Toyota’s new hybrid trucks — the rear-mounted 12V battery. While this design has its advantages, it makes adding aftermarket accessories much more difficult using traditional wiring methods. Blaze Off-Road developed this system to provide a clean, safe, and installer-friendly way to bring usable accessory power to the engine bay.

This complete power relocation system allows you to properly route power from the rear battery to the front of the truck while providing a professional foundation for accessory control using systems like the Garmin PowerSwitch. Designed as a weekend project for experienced DIY installers, this kit gives you the core electrical infrastructure needed to build a serious overland or off-road electrical setup.

Important Installation Information

Advanced Installation Required

Installation requires drilling two 1-5/16" holes through the vehicle to properly install the sealed power pass-through system. This method was selected as the safest and cleanest way to route power from the rear battery.

Installation considerations:
